HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? 

We ship orders Monday – Friday during office hours only and we don’t operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible.  Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.

 

CONFIRMATION:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email confirmation.  For any further questions or information on shipping please email us at us@giseleclosets.coml and we will answer any questions you may have.

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven’t heard from us after placing an order something may have gone wrong during your checkout process so please contact us at us@giseleclosets.com. Please check your spam mail folder the confirmation may have been sent there.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final! Please choose carefully because we will not accept returns.  If the product you received is not what you ordered, please do not wear the product, and keep it in its original packaging. Contact customer service at us@giseleclosets.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, or reply to your original purchase receipt -- it will help us reference your order and better serve your needs.

For defective merchandise, contact customer service at us@giseleclosets.com. Including your order number, or replying to the original purchase receipt email will help us reference your order. Also please be as descriptive as possible when describing what was defective. The defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

 

DO YOU HAVE A REAL LIFE GISELE CLOSETS STORE?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Made a mistake? Please email us@giseleclosets.com and we will fix it for you, as long as your order hasn’t left us we will be able to help.

 

I’M GETTING AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check that you’ve filled all of your details out properly including your name, email, full address and phone number.

 HOW DO I KNOW WHAT  SIZE I WEAR?

Please view size chart to ensure accurate fit as some items may run small.
